2. High roller Lounge & Exclusive Super Pours – Friday 4th April 2:30pm – 5.30pm
Only our elite High Rollers have private access to the entire selection of these ultra-premium drams. Enjoy your Exclusive Super Pours in an intimate setting, allowing you to sample the
crème de la crème of whiskies in relaxed elegance and style. These whiskies will not be available in the exhibit hall. The Lounge features 6 exclusive featured Super Pours for your tasting only as a private event and personal registration for these attendees. Enjoy personal 1 to 1 interaction with brand ambassadors to mingle with at your leisure. This affair also allows an educational experience not available at any other event. Premium hand-rolled cigars, exclusive to the Nth Highrollers, are also available in this elite Lounge event.
3. Super pours – Friday 4th April 5.30pm -9.00pm
All Super Pours available to High Rollers at the main tasting show on Friday 4th April from 5.30pm – 9.00pm (These Pours are VALUED at $300.00 and above per-pour retail). Some of these unique expressions are only available for the USA market, or are limited in release production globally.
4. Nth 2014 show – Friday 4th April 5:30pm – 9:00pm
For the 4th year in a row, offer The Main Event! “To the Nth degree” represents the maximum amount, as much and as far as possible.
That sentiment is exactly what Universal Whisky Experience delivers with our exceptional presentation of high-end whisky samplings. These are offered in a beautiful venue with the luxurious ambiance a true whisky-lover can appreciate.
The main tasting show includes the ultimate indulgence of sampling premium whiskies, limited bottle releases, unique expressions, cask samples from exhibitors in the Encore Beethoven ballroom. It also includes a chance to meet personally with the Masters of Whisky-Making around the world. All of whom can create a vast array of subtly different flavors and special characteristics. These reflect the location of each distillery, the skills of the distiller, the quality of ingredients and the techniques used in the ageing process.
Exquisite hors d'oeuvres prepared by the Wynn/Encore catering Team are available for this event. The talented chef of this establishment will have prepared the most divine hors d’oeuvres for this most divine of occasions. Don’t forget the ability to order and purchase the whiskies you have sampled through our Whiskey Concierge Service.
5. Gourmet Dinner reception – Friday 4th April 9:00pm – 11:00pm
This culinary offering is a sublime complement to the day’s tasting events. Chef Benson brings his experienced cooking to your table.
As the chef for such highly acclaimed restaurants as the Oliveto in
California and the Balzi Rossi in Italy, Benson transports guests to the luxurious eateries of the Riviera with ease. This reception is more than just dinner; it is an experience in edible delicacies that only whisky connoisseurs can truly relish. A patio outside the reception hall will be available for whisky enjoyment and cigar smoking as well.
6. Master Classes –Saturday 5th April 12:30pm – 6:00pm
Master classes are tutored by experts in the industry. Each
hour-long tutorial presented by brand ambassadors, master
distillers, or whisky writers enhances your knowledge of premium
whiskies, while providing you with a memorable, pleasurable experience.
7. High roller Gift Bag
For over 30 years Glencairn Crystal has been producing tailored crystal glassware of the highest quality. During the Nth show event, we are very happy to be giving our High Roller guests a cut crystal tasting glassware to enhance your drinking experience. Included is an Nth 2014 featured whisky and other goodies.
